Eventrybe does not guarantee the accuracy of event information supplied by organisers.

7. Ticket Purchases

When purchasing tickets:

  • Prices are displayed before checkout.
  • Payment must be successfully completed before tickets are issued.
  • Digital tickets are sent electronically after confirmation.
  • Tickets may include QR codes or other security features.
  • Tickets may not be valid if altered, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently.

8. Payments

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

Eventrybe does not store your complete payment card details.

Applicable service charges, taxes, and processing fees may be added during checkout and will be displayed before payment.

  • Maintain necessary licences, insurance, and permits where required.
  • Handle attendee information responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

12. Organiser Payouts

Where organiser payouts are offered:

  • Payouts are subject to verification and fraud checks.
  • Processing times may vary.
  • Applicable fees may be deducted.
  • Eventrybe may delay or withhold payouts where fraud, disputes, chargebacks, or legal issues are reasonably suspected.

13. Prohibited Events

The following may not be listed on Eventrybe:

  • Illegal activities
  • Fraudulent events
  • Events promoting violence or hate
  • Counterfeit ticket sales
  • Pyramid or Ponzi schemes
  • Events violating intellectual property rights
  • Any event prohibited by applicable law

We reserve the right to remove any listing that breaches these Terms.

14. Intellectual Property

All Eventrybe branding, logos, software, website design, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to Eventrybe and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Users retain ownership of the content they submit but grant Eventrybe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

15. Reviews and User Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, and other content.

You agree not to post content that is:

  • False or misleading.
  • Defamatory.
  • Offensive or abusive.
  • Infringing on another person's rights.
  • Illegal or harmful.

Eventrybe may remove content that violates these Terms.
