Delete Your Eventrybe Account

You can request the permanent deletion of your Eventrybe account and associated personal information at any time.

Before deleting your account

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You may lose access to:

• Your profile and account settings

• Purchased tickets and ticket history

• Saved and followed events

• Events, attendee records and reports you manage as an organiser

• Payout information and other organiser account data

Before submitting your request, download or save any tickets, receipts, reports or other information you may need.

If you organise events, please ensure that all active events, attendee obligations, refunds, disputes and outstanding payouts have been resolved. Eventrybe may need to retain limited information where required for legal, financial, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes.

How to request account deletion

1. Visit the Contact Us page on www.eventrybe.com.

2. Submit a support request using the email address connected to your Eventrybe account.

3. Enter “Account deletion request” as the subject.

4. Include your full name and account email address in the message.

5. Confirm that you want your Eventrybe account and associated personal information permanently deleted.

6. Complete any identity-verification steps requested by our support team.

Once your identity has been verified, we will process your request and send confirmation to your registered email address.

What happens next?

After your request is approved:

• Your account will be closed.

• You will no longer be able to sign in.

• Personal information connected to your account will be deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable legal and operational retention requirements.

• Information that Eventrybe must retain for example, certain transaction, tax, security or fraud-prevention records will be kept only for the required period.

Deleting your Eventrybe account does not automatically cancel an event, issue a ticket refund or resolve an outstanding organiser payout. Please contact support about these matters before requesting deletion.
